Product Pricing
SportsKitsOnline.co.uk is intended for the use of wholesale supply to Teams, Clubs and Organisations. All product prices are shown without Value Added Tax (V.A.T), however all products on this site are subject to V.A.T. where applicable. The total applicable V.A.T will be added to the order total before the order confirmation stage.
Carraige Charges
All orders made through sportskitsonline.co.uk are subject to differing carraige charges. This charge will be made known to the customer via telephone or email and may/will be added seperately to the overall price after order confirmation.

Returns Policy
Faulty Items
Any product considered faulty may be returned for inspection. If, upon inspection the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, the cost of the return will be refunded to the customer and a replacement for the item(s) will be sent.
It is vital that before returning any products, you must contact us first before sending. We can be reached via e-mail at enquiries@sportskitsonline.co.uk or via telephone on 01362 699130. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance. For shipping costs to be refunded, you must also include the postage receipt.
Please note that in some cases, we will need to return the product to the manufacturer for their own inspection before any refund or replacement can be offered. For faulty items which are deemed to have sustained damage or defects outside that of normal use, no postage refund will be offered.
Non-Faulty Returns
Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed and with all labels/tickets intact. All postage/shipping costs for non-faulty returns will be borne by the customer. Please note that returns may take up to 12 working days to be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Any items which have been printed or embroidered with any numbering, sponsor print, names badges or garments which have undergone any other form garment personalisation, will not be eligible for refund (unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer). The cost of any damage incurred in transit to products being returned will be borne by the consumer.
